Madonna has filed an emergency court order to stop the sale of “22 personal items she alleges were stolen from her private residency”. The items includes, a letter from Tupac Shakur, a pair of dirty underwear, a hairbrush with strands of Madonna’s hair still on the bristles, and letters from ex-boyfriends.
“I understand that my DNA could be extracted from a piece of my hair. It is outrageous and grossly offensive that my DNA could be auctioned for sale to the general public.”
The auction place says:
“Madonna and her legal army have taken what we believe to be a completely baseless and meritless action to temporarily halt the sale of Ms. Lutz’s legal property.”
Madonna has suggested that an ex-friend and art consultant named Darlene Lutz may have stolen the items from her home.
The letter from Tupac Shakur was expected to fetch $400,000.
A judge has halted a sale.
FYI: “Despacito” has just become the most streamed track of all time with more than 4.6 billion plays across streaming platforms.
The previous record holder was Bieber’s 2015 song “Sorry” which has 4.38 billion plays.
REALLY?: Sisqo has relaunched the “Thong Song” with a 2017 version of the song and video.
