Anyone who knows me, knows that sleep is one of my FAVOURITE things! I sleep about 7.5 to 8 hours a night, and take a 2 to 3 hour nap in the afternoon. We all know not enough sleep can affect your health, but what about over-sleeping? Can sleeping too much be bad for you? The short answer: yes.
