Today is Robbie Burns Day to mark the birth of the Scottish poet in Ayrshire, Scotland in 1759 (celebrated with the tradition dinner of….. Cock-a-leekie Soup, Neeps (turnips), Tatties (potatoes) and Haggis. Yummmy! Thanks to Chef Sean and The Coast Inn of The North for our taste of Scotland this morning.
