Today we announced the contestants for this year's Breakfast Idol. We are really looking forward to kicking off the shows next week. Monday - Jennifer Brandle McCall- CEO of The Prince George Chamber of Commerce and a busy mom of 2 girls. Tuesday - Daniel Gibb- the good natured and hard hitting D-man for The Prince George Cougars. 6’3 and 205 pounds. Wednesday - Bill Holmes- the outgoing and fun loving account manager for Dulux Paint. He’s a father of 2 beautiful kids. Thursday - Jen Clyne- UNBC student and the fifth year starter for the UNBC Lady Timberwolves. Jen was born and raised in Prince George. Friday - Jessey DaCosta- A local singer and musician. She’s the outgoing driver for 2 River’s transport and your friendly delivery girl. The contestants will join us on the air next week and they'll have one hour on-air to show off their stuff (8am-9am). Each contestant will face the Famous birthday challenge, 20 questions, the talent showcase and “the idol top five” .... Contestants will enjoy breakfast daily, leave with a mini gift and have a chance at the grand prize. Voting starts tomorrow and closes January 27th at 6pm. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a two hundred and fifty dollar gift card to Pine Centre Mall and a romance package at the Coast Inn of the North.
