Hey!!! All week I was mentioning 5 pains you may experience that you never want to ignore...Here they are: 1. Spreading Chest Pain....If the pain is creeping up your shoulder and jam, or you're feeling intense pressure like you're being squeezed, a blocked blood vessel may be impedeing the flow of oxygen to your heart. Call 911, or get someone to take you to the Hospital. 2. Numbing lower back pain......An aching back that also feels numb or pain that starts in your bum and extends into the back of your legs, could be a herniated disk. See your doc he can usually diagnose the problem and it's easily treated. 3. Tingling foot pain...If after taking off your heels or shoes your experience a tingling sensation followed by pins and needles, this could be nerve damage and one culprit could be diabetes. Again, see your doc...a simple blood test can diagnose this. 4. Severe headaches....EXTREME pain...kind of like the worst headache of you life, can signal a ruptured blood vessel in your brain...otherwise known as aneurysm. The pressure could reduce oxygen to your brain, so if you're experiencing this get to the ER right away. 5. Leg pain with redness and warmth...if leg pain is followed by redness and warmth, this could be deep vain thrombosis( DVT), a blood clot in the veins of your legs. See your doc right away. Take Care of those bodies!! Have a great weekend, Lisa D
