Wheatgrass as a weightloss aid????
Hey!!

My health tip this morning was about Wheatgrass. "The Hills" star Audrina Patridge, created hype around this when she mentioned in an interview that it aids in weightloss and she uses it routinely. I did some research, and here's what I found:

* Wheatgrass is a type of grass that is very high in Vitamins A, C, E dietary calcium, selenium, magnesium and iron.
* Wheatgrass is undeniably high in antioxidents, so it may be beneficial to add it to your diet...just not too much...it can cause nausea.
* One ounce of wheatgrass is equivalent to two-and-a-half-pounds of leafy greens...Wow.

So, I'm going to do some more research, and then I'll give it a try and let you know if I feel any different within two weeks! :-)
