This morning, Mike and I talked about my craving for a MONSTER breakfast sandwich, maybe two, with crispy homefries, and a little guac on the side. I was SOOOO HUNGRY! So, I ate a banana. Didn’t work…STILL craved the sammy and all the fixins.
Then I surfed the net looking for ways to curb a craving…and here’s what I found.

3. Distance Yourself From the Craving
4. Plan Your Meals
5. Avoid Getting Extremely Hungry
6. Fight Stress
7. Take Spinach Extract
8. Practice Mindful Eating
9. Get Enough Sleep
10. Eat Proper Meals
11. Don’t Go to the Supermarket Hungry
PS…I drank some water, ate a banana and an egg, and that filled me up…still craving the sammy, though 🙂
